Our products are digital and are delivered instantly, so all sales are final unless a Money‑Back Guarantee applies to your order, as described below.
The guarantee is an option you agree to at checkout, and it applies to the $497 purchase only — the $47 Starter is not eligible. By agreeing to it, you get 30 days from purchase to use the system. If you can't make your avatar or it isn't working, email hello@buildwithtrend.com within those 30 days. We'll reach out to schedule a Zoom call, troubleshoot it with you and help fix it. If we find it doesn't work because of an error in our system or something we failed to deliver, we'll refund your purchase in full. Refunds aren't available for results that depend on third‑party tools, plans or credits you choose, or for steps that weren't followed.
Because these are digital products you keep forever, we're unable to offer refunds outside the guarantee above.
If your order qualifies, email hello@buildwithtrend.com from the address you used at checkout, with your order details, within 30 days of purchase. We'll schedule a call to troubleshoot first; approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and can take 5–10 business days to appear.
If something's wrong with your order, please email us first — we respond quickly and would rather fix it directly than have you open a dispute.
