These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of buildwithtrend.com (the "Site") and any digital products, guides, templates, courses, or materials sold or provided by TREND ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Site or buying a product, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

TREND is a digital education brand. You can reach us any time at hello@buildwithtrend.com.

2. What you're buying

Our products are digital goods (such as guides, prompt systems, and templates) delivered electronically. Access is typically granted immediately after purchase by download and/or email. We may update, improve, or add to a product over time.

3. License and acceptable use

When you buy a product, we grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use it for yourself or your own business. You keep the characters, images, and content you create using our methods. You may not:

• resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or publicly post the product files, prompts, or materials;
• copy the materials to create a competing product; or
• use the materials to create content that is illegal, deceptive, or that impersonates a real person without their consent.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by our payment providers, including Stripe and MailerLite. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are charged at checkout. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase.

6. Results and disclaimer

Our products are educational. We share the exact systems we use, but we do not guarantee any specific result, income, or outcome. What you achieve depends on your own effort, tools, and circumstances. The materials are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind.

7. Third‑party tools

Our products reference third‑party tools and services that you may need to subscribe to separately. We are not responsible for those tools, their pricing, or their availability.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TREND will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the current version. Continued use of the Site or products after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and the applicable laws of the United States, without regard to conflict‑of‑law rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or our products will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
